10:30 a.m. Registration (Golfers gift distribution and use of locker room facilities as needed)
11:00 a.m. Use of Practice Range and Putting Green
12:00 p.m. Shotgun Start – Scramble Format (Box lunch provided for each golfer in golf cart) Awards for Lowest Team Score, Highest Team Score, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive
5:30 p.m. Open Bar & Hors d'oeuvres
6:30 p.m. Dinner Buffet
7:30 p.m. Live Auction, Awards, & Prizes
Players must wear appropriate dress and “soft-spikes” on the golf course, putting green and practice range. Tee-shirts, jeans, denim, sweat suits, cargo shorts or short shorts are not appropriate. However, Bermuda shorts are acceptable. No cell phone use is permitted anywhere on the grounds of Rockaway River Country Club. The 10th hole will also be open for golfers to purchase food and drink if they so desire.
